Alright, here is what I got for you all and here is what I'm going to need from you.
    1) All Twelve tickets are confirmed for Sunday July 14th. The people they are intended for are Sarah, Amelia, Mel, Tina, Jenn, Tracy+ 1, Billy+ 1, Steph, and Me (with one for Paige if she is able to be off from her new job. Congrats on that by the way).
    2) Lunch there will cost around $5-$10 per person, according to Dan, my friend and contact for arranging all of this.
    3) Dan was able to get that Sunday off and will be able to be there with us. He is also going to get us souvenir mugs that I believe will have a discount on refills good throughout our stay and any repeat trips you may make in the future, provided the Columbus Zoo still exists.
    4) I will pick up Amelia and Sarah from the UD Panera at 12:15 and rendezvous with everyone else at Millet Hall on Wright State Campus at 1pm. (it should be open.) We'll meet in rm 028 Millet (if a student is occupying it, we'll meet on the first floor lobby).
    5) We will have a cooler (or two) for water bottles, sodas, or packed lunches.
Now what I will need from you:
    1) I need to have at least three drivers willing to make the trip. We may only need two others, but having another as a back-up couldn't hurt. I am going to see what I can arrange for gas for everyone as well as Maps to the location in case we get separated.
    2) I'll need phone Numbers from the drivers in case of emergencies and unforeseen events. Hopefully there will be none, but better safe than sorry.
    3) Bring something in case of rain and something for sunscreen. I haven't quite got the whole 'controlling the weather' thing down yet, but I'm working on it.
    4) If you are interested in the Dinosaur Island admission, that is an additional $3. It is a boat ride.
    5) Have fun, be inspired, and get creative. But just remember, we do have limited funds for bail money, so just don't over do it.
