Okay this is a lot like word association! But instead of a word you answer a question that starts with, "What if" Answers can be as funny or simple as your little Creative writer's brain wants!
At the end you get to ask the next, "What If..." question!
It does and that entity's universe exists within the mind of another entity and so on and so forth. What if you had the chance to get your fondest wish granted, but it would cost you everything else you held dear?
The countries of the world would wage war to secure their underground resources and borders, or try to find a suitable planet elsewhere to live. What if you woke up tomorrow and found yourself in a still-life world?
Geico would be sued over their offensive "So easy a caveman can do it" advertising campaign. What if you found yourself inside your favorite story, as the antagonist, what would happen?
I would probably lock myself in a fictional closet and cry until things returned to normal. Then, when that didn't happen, I would play out the role as closely as possible.
As long as it was a world with dancing and adventure, I'd shrug and say close enough. What if you were involved in an accident and gained superpowers, what would they be?
I would make myself rich, buy a little house far away from everyone and live the rest of my life reading and writing. OR I would become a person who goes around saving lives. . Super-hero style.
What if one day you were followed everywhere by a hell hound that only you could see?
I would use the opportunity to go and explore the vastness of space, while selling SFC, Sol Fried Chicken, to alien life forms. What if pictures and paintings became gateways to alternate worlds?
